Individauls can read the content using news reader software, Other websites can also update their own content with items listed in an RSS feed. Other popular formats like Atom also allow websites to publish news feeds in a similar fashion.

Hamill's Bed and Breakfast website is built with WordPress and a customised theme. Additional plugins were also added to set up Google Analytics, XML Stiemaps and to help with search engine optimisation.

This site is a heavily customised implementaion of MediaWiki (the software that Wikipedia uses) that has been made accessible for blind people and people with vision impairment, developed for the National Council of the Blind, Ireland (NCBI).
